into a detailed Raven Moon. Ravens have strong
associations with the Celtic God Bran who has both
underworld and solar connections and they also have

The wood is from Ireland
and is some of the oldest we've worked with. It was
dated through dendrochronology by Belfast University and
was found to be felled in 3,023 BC at an age of 400
years which makes the wood almost five and a half
thousand years old. It is a beautifully warm colour and
feels full of positive energies.

Lunar Celtic Tree Calendar Ring pendant

The Lunar Celtic Tree Calendar
begins and ends at the Celtic new year of Samhain (Hallowe'en)
at the end of October. Each moon throughout the year
corresponds to a different tree, its energies and
teachings. This unique ring pendant contains plugs of all thirteen
woods of the Celtic Tree Calendar.
The darker, main ring
of this pendant is crafted from ancient bog oak. The
wood is from Ireland and is some of the oldest we've
worked with. It was dated through dendrochronology by
Belfast University and was found to be felled in 3,023
BC at an age of 400 years which makes the wood almost
five and a half thousand years old. It is a beautifully
dark colour and feels full of positive energies.
The wood for each plug piece has been
respectfully gathered from the prehistoric landscape
located within the ancient kingdom of Wessex, southern
Britain. We carefully collect wood from places of
ancient revere, centres of earth energy and from green
spaces which speak to your soul.
This pendant is perfect for
bringing the energies of the Celtic tree calendar closer
to you
and also for use during meditation to attune yourself
and enhance your relationship with each of the calendar
trees.
The main bog oak ring pendant contains one plug each of:

Iceni Moon-wheel necklace
|
|
This ancient bog oak piece is carved
into a Moon-wheel pendant. Wooden plugs mark the four
phases of the moon, illustrating the ever-repeating
lunar cycle and helping to attune to the varying
energies of each phase. A discretely carved indentation
on the back of the pendant marks the full moon for ease
of aligning the wheel with the current phase.
Willow marks the full
moon. It is closely associated with lunar energies, all
things feminine, healing and intuition. Moving around
the wheel clockwise, blackthorn marks the waning moon
with its inward-turning, more secretive and hidden
energies. Yew signifies the dark moon and brings its
associations with life, death and rebirth, the ongoing
cycles of the earth and the old wisdom which we find
deep within ourselves. Hawthorn is a potently magickal
wood which brings its fresh and youthful maiden energies
to the waxing moon. Together, the woods can be used to
encourage a deeper attunement to the lunar cycle.
Around the edge of the
moon-wheel are thirteen plugs of hazel wood,
representing the thirteen annual lunar cycles. The hazel
wood was respectfully and carefully gathered from near
to the ancient site of Stonehenge in southern Britain.
The bog oak forming the
