Find Madeleine ... a calling to the Pagan community

The beautiful little girl pictured on the left is, as many already know, Madeleine McCann. Four-year-old Madeleine was taken from her bed in the Portuguese coastal resort of Praia da Luz on the 3rd May 2007 and still has not been found.

Andy and Louise at Spirit of Old would like to put out a general calling to the worldwide Pagan community to help with the search for Madeleine McCann. Please, print and display the posters you can download from here, if you live in a country where this story isn't being publicised please spread the word about missing Madeleine and if you're travelling this summer please keep a look out for her - Madeleine has a distinctive right eye (pictured below) which may help her to be recognised.

Please also light a candle for Madeleine with a simple wish for her to be found safe and well. Yellow and green candles would be very appropriate as they are the colours of ribbon that Madeleine's mother has been wearing in her hair - yellow is a symbol of hope in Britain and green is a symbol of hope in Portugal.

Let's show that people can pull together, regardless of religion, race or nationality to find this little girl.

The family of Madeleine McCann have launched the "Madeleine’s Fund: Leaving No Stone Unturned" appeal. The funds will be used to help find Madeleine McCann, support her family and bring her abductors to justice.
