Before placing your order
or making payment, please read the following terms and conditions
carefully:
Sizes:
All measurements are approximate. For items measuring near or over 100 cm
(outside UK) or 150 cm (within UK) please see the
staff postal page for further
details about postage restrictions.
Payment:
Quotes for custom work or alterations are valid for 4 weeks.
Payment must always be received by us in full (and cleared if necessary) before items are
posted.
We are happy to post worldwide and
accept payment through Paypal or, alternatively, our customers within
the UK are also welcome to pay by UK cheque or postal order.
If you wish to pay by cheque or postal order please email
enquiries@spiritofold.co.uk and we can send you the relevant mailing
details.
Posting:
Goods are usually posted within fourteen
days - although we're almost always faster than this and generally post
items out 2 - 3 times each week.
Custom-made orders or customised/altered items may take longer but you
will be advised at the time of ordering if this is the case. If you need an item for a specific
date please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate this.
UK postage
and packing costs include basic recorded delivery. Non-UK orders are
required to have one amount of £5.00 added per package for
insurance. Items of high value may incur additional insurance costs but
we will advise if this is the case at the time of purchase.
All our items are posted well-packaged. We always obtain proof of posting
and we cannot be held responsible for delays/loss/damage caused by the
postal system - that's why we insist on insurance :~)
We are happy to combine several items into one package where possible
for shipping and this can often work out cheaper than sending items
individually. If you would like a quote for combined shipping please ask
:~)
Items within the UK are sent via Royal Mail using Recorded Delivery.
Items outside of the UK are sent via airmail with tracking and
insurance.
If you're outside of the UK you may be required to co-operate with your
country's customs department and/or pay customs charges.
Returns:
If you purchase an item from us
and then change your mind, you can return it within 7 days and receive a
full refund (minus the original postage and packing charge and the cost
of returning it to us) providing the item is in the original, undamaged
and saleable condition and all original packaging is returned. This does
not apply to items made to order including customised items or copies of
items which are requested by the customer unless the item is faulty or
damaged.
