refunds unless faulty or wrongly described.
It's of the utmost importance that you are very clear with the
specifications you give us to craft your item - after all, you can see
the item in your mind's eye but we can't so we only have the information
you give us to build a picture of the piece you'd like crafted. If you
have a very specific design in mind, it would be very helpful if you
could email pictures of similar items, sketches of your aim or at least
a very detailed description.
