Holloway Oak Safe Travel Amulet (PE2001)

This wonderful piece is carved into a simple and tactile amulet with a spiral added - an ancient symbol of life and life force - to encourage safe and swift travel.

It has been newly carved from the windfallen wood of an ancient holloway oak, which feels full of positive energies. The piece is full of warm tones and has a natural pentagram in the centre of the back - see the additional photos for a look.

The pendant is filled with speedwell which is a special little plant with pretty blue flowers. It's traditionally linked to travellers - if your path touches speedwell, safe travel is ahead.

The herbs are sealed inside with a plug of rowan, further strengthening the amulet's qualities as rowan is considered to be a tree of protection.

Supplied with a generously long cord, the pendant offers a simple tie closure and adjustable length to suit your preference.
