Stonehenge Hawthorn Protective Spirit (PS127)
This simply shaped Protective Spirit amulet has been newly created from windfallen hawthorn which was carefully gathered from the Normanton Down area of southern Britain, overlooking Stonehenge. The piece contains a range of warm tones within the wood. It feels incredibly tactile, so feels good to gently hold during meditation or for ritual use.
There is a sense that the figure invites being held, making it perfectly suited for holding during meditation or sleep. Alternatively, it's just the right size for slipping into a pocket and holding in the hand whilst walking. It's recommended that the amulet is placed into a small, soft bag (a cotton drawstring bag is ideal) to protect it when carried, etc.
The free-standing amulet is filled with our protective herb blend, which includes herbs respectfully gathered from the land surrounding the sacred site of Stonehenge. The herbs are sealed inside with a plug of mistletoe.
On the front of the figure, a deeply carved bindrune for protection, designed to be traced with your fingertips - enhancing your connection to its energy. The base has a bindrune for ancestral connection added, and the eyes are finished with garnets.
